Job summary

Grace Park Senior Living in the Poconos seeks a nurse leader to oversee Personal Care and Health Services, ensuring high-quality care that meets resident needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. You will provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support to the Personal Care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in medical/surgical, rehab, or geriatric care, with administrative/supervisory exposure preferred.
• Active RN or LPN license valid in PA.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living / Personal Care preferred.
• Ability to lead a team of nurses/caregivers in providing quality services.

Salary Range: $76,900 - $87,300, depending upon licensure & years of experience

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Active RN or LPN license valid in the state of PA.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living / Personal Care preferred.
• Ability to lead a team of nurses/caregivers in providing quality services.
