Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead education department staff and manage faculty performance.
• Ensure syllabi, curricula and phase objectives are followed.
• Oversee Canvas-based hybrid instruction and online gradebook management.
• Coordinate with admissions, in-services and recruiting events.
• Monitor retention, attendance and program completion metrics.
• Lead faculty recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Prepare regular reports on student outcomes and instructor performance.
• Ensure safety and compliance with accreditation standards (ACC SC).
