Job summary

StrataTech Education Group seeks an Education Director to lead the Education Department, supervise instructors, and drive student success across programs. You will ensure policy compliance, recruit and develop faculty, and coordinate curriculum alignment with industry standards.

You will manage reporting, use Canvas for hybrid instruction, and collaborate with Admissions for program events and re-entry initiatives. A strong teaching- and leadership-oriented background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in education management.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with progress tracking.
• Experience with Canvas and other learning platforms; CRM familiarity beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead faculty recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate curriculum updates to align with industry standards.
• Monitor instructor metrics, retention, and student success.
