Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in an Operations Manager or Supervisor role.
• Experience with waste processing operations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the operations and functionality of assigned sites while promoting safety, sanitation, and security.
• Organize and analyze complex information and data.
• Develop strategic plans to grow busy and dynamic sites.
• Lead and direct Site Operations Managers and staff to meet budgets and P&L targets.
• Collaborate with RVP on critical matters and budgeting.
