MITY Inc. is seeking a Director of Logistics and Warehouse to lead the end-to-end flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods across our manufacturing operations.

This leader will oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, inbound and outbound logistics, distribution, freight performance, and the teams and systems supporting those functions. Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive responsibility in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or related fields.
• At least three years leading managers, supervisors, or sizable warehouse teams.
• Direct manufacturing experience and strong production scheduling understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end flow of materials and finished goods across manufacturing operations.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, inbound and outbound logistics, and distribution.
• Balance strategy with hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor to improve safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
