Job summary

MITY Inc. in Utah is seeking a Director of Logistics and Warehouse to lead end-to-end material flow across manufacturing operations, including warehouse, inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics, and distribution.

The role requires building scalable systems, leading a multi-site team, and delivering improvements in safety, accuracy, throughput, and on-time delivery while partnering with Production, Planning, Quality, Sales, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive responsibility in logistics, warehousing, or related field.
• At least three years leading managers, supervisors, or large warehouse teams.
• Strong understanding of production schedules and materials flow.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S a plus; automation and multi-site processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, inbound and outbound logistics, and distribution.
• Set KPIs for accuracy, delivery, throughput, productivity, and freight costs.
• Balance strategy with hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Customer Service.
