Job summary

MITY Inc. is seeking a Director of Logistics and Warehouse to lead the end-to-end flow of materials and finished goods across our manufacturing operations.

You will oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics, and freight performance while partnering with Production, Planning, and Customer Service. The role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience building warehouse systems, improving inventory accuracy and throughputs, and delivering measurable gains in

Qualifications

• Requires at least seven years of progressive responsibility in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or a related field.
• At least three years leading managers, supervisors, or a sizable warehouse team.
• Strong WMS/ERP knowledge, data-analysis skills, and experience with transportation management and freight negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Balance strategy with hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor to improve safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Partner with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Customer Service to align priorities and resolve issues.
