Denali Advanced Integration, Inc. is seeking a Director of Engineering for Logistics Automation & Material Handling in Redmond, WA. You will lead a distributed team of mechanical and electrical designers from concept through on-site integration of conveyor systems, robotic work-cells, and AMR fleets.

The role demands 7+ years of leadership in logistics/e-commerce fulfillment, deep expertise in automation, and experience with Arena PLM. Relocation to Redmond or nearby is expected.

Qualifications

• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Redmond, WA.
• 7+ years leading multidisciplinary teams across offices and regions.
• Proven track record in logistics and e-commerce fulfillment markets.
• Knowledge of Arena PLM or equivalent enterprise QMS/PLM tools.
• Deep expertise in advanced conveyance and material handling.
• Direct experience integrating robotic work-cells and AMR solutions.
• Knowledge of PLC or IPC control frameworks and hardware integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-office, multi-regional engineering teams and mentoring.
• Oversee product lifecycles from concept to full site deployment.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and PLM procedures across teams.
• Accelerate design time-to-value while maintaining quality.
• Define architectural roadmap for complex warehouse automation systems.
• Drive design of high-speed conveyors and robotic work-cells.
• Guide development and integration of custom AMR fleets.
• Collaborate with software, product, sales, and commissioning teams.
