Job summary

Merkle, part of Dentsu, is seeking a Director of Value Consulting to quantify business impact of strategic investments and build robust financial models. You will craft P&L projections, ROI analyses, and budgets, then translate findings into actionable executive recommendations.

The role blends finance with value realization across cross-functional teams. You will lead development of business cases, validate recommendations, and drive governance reporting while partnering with account

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (any major)
• 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategy/consulting, or digital transformation
• 5+ years creating financial models and working with large data sets in Excel or similar tools
• Experience translating insights into recommendations and presentations; PowerPoint proficiency
• Comfortable in a matrixed organization and operating in ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Build measurement frameworks linking program adoption to outcomes
• Quantify financial impact of delayed or unresolved initiatives
• Lead client deliverables related to business value projection and transformation
• Plan and facilitate client discovery through interviews, reviews, surveys, and data analysis
• Manage daily consulting delivery, including meetings, workshops, reviews, and readouts
• Develop executive-level presentations and summarize findings for client recommendations
• Identify data points to demonstrate impact and guide strategy
• Support business development activities and collaboration across teams
