Job summary

Merkle is seeking a Director, Value Consulting to quantify the business impact of strategic and technology investments, building financial and measurement frameworks, developing business cases and P&L projections. You will lead consulting delivery, client discovery, governance reporting, and market research, while presenting insights to executives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, strategy/consulting, or business/digital transformation, with 5+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, strategy/consulting, or business/digital transformation.
• 5+ years financial modeling and data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in matrixed and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Build financial and measurement frameworks to quantify business impact.
• Develop business cases and financial models (P&L projections, ROI, budgeting).
• Lead consulting deliverables and client discovery.
• Manage consulting delivery, governance reporting, and business prioritization.
• Conduct market research and deliver executive presentations.
