Qualifications

• Ability to interpret regulations, prepare reports, and manage contracts and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, and evaluate assigned staff; develop work plans, monitor progress, and provide coaching or discipline as needed.
• Organize and prioritize work to meet objectives; ensure resources and schedules are aligned for efficient operations.
