• 50% Experience, Design Strategy and Planning - monitor customer experience KPIs and metrics to ensure value.
• Create and communicate end-to-end experience design strategies that are data-informed and evidence-driven.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to cast a broad vision of the customer experience across channels.
• Leverage and create artifacts like end-to-end customer journey maps to identify friction online, in person, and by phone.
• 30% Influence - conduct competitive and comparative research to shape viewpoints on how customer segments want to do business with The Home Depot.
• 20% Leadership and Development - mentor and develop UX leaders, attract and retain talent, and coordinate strategic direction for staff.
