Job summary

Keenova in Malvern, PA, is seeking an Associate Director, Government Pricing, to lead oversight of federal price reporting (AMP, BP, ASP) and ensure accuracy across price calculations and submissions. This role collaborates with Legal, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance to maintain SOPs and data integrity.

The position supports annual contract renewals, policy updates, and system governance for Model N and related processes. Hybrid work with 3 days onsite is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical Government Pricing or regulatory compliance.
• Leadership or team management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee calculation and submission of AMP, BP, ASP and related federal pricing values.
• Identify bonafide service fees and CMS certifications.
• Review quarterly Medicaid and Medicare rebates.
• Support FSS contract renewals and Public Law processes.
• Ensure data integrity across government pricing data and forecasting.
