Job summary

Amgen seeks a Director of U.S. Consumer Marketing to shape patient and caregiver understanding of Sjögren's disease.

You will build a comprehensive consumer strategy for a first-in-class therapy, lead integrated omnichannel campaigns, and partner with HCP Marketing, Medical, and Patient Advocacy to drive a connected launch. You will oversee a high-performing team, translate insights into action, and ensure an impactful patient journey from awareness to engagement and care decisions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing experience; OR
• Master's degree and 8 years of marketing/commercial experience; OR
• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of marketing/commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the U.S. consumer strategy and launch plan for dazodalibep.
• Build and lead a high-performing consumer marketing team.
• Lead campaigns across channels to increase disease awareness.
• Develop a connected patient journey with education and onboarding touchpoints.
• Partner with advocacy, medical, and cross-functional teams to ensure integrated launches.
• Manage budgets and monitor performance to maximize impact.
