Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Medical Marketing Manager for Sjögren’s Disease to shape U.S. launch strategy and educate, engage, and activate HCPs.

You will lead external insights, advisory boards, and congress activation for one of Amgen’s priority Rare Disease launches, reporting to the Director of Medical Marketing. You’ll translate customer and market insights into strategic recommendations, oversee cross-functional collaboration, and manage budgets and agencies while driving high-quality

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or higher with marketing/business experience in a Marketing/Sales org.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years in marketing/business.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in marketing/business.
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years in marketing/business.
• High school diploma with 12+ years in marketing/business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead U.S. external insights and congress strategy for Sjögren’s Disease.
• Lead advisory boards from strategy through follow-through.
• Set priorities for field-insights, synthesize themes for brand decisions.
• Lead congress planning and activation, sponsorship planning and execution.
• Connect insights to actionable recommendations for brand planning and launch priorities.
• Partner with TLL Lead and Commercial Training to shape onboarding and training curriculum.
