West Monroe is seeking a Director of Treasury Management and Payments to help financial institutions transform treasury management, payments capabilities, and commercial banking. This leader will advise senior executives on growth, operating model, technology, customer experience, risk, and modernization while guiding complex engagements and expanding West Monroe’s market presence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Financial Services or professional services consulting experience with Treasury Management or Payments leadership.
• Deep expertise across Treasury Management and Payments products, operations, sales, technology, risk, and customer experience.
• Experience leading complex business and technology transformation programs.
• Proven success developing executive client relationships and revenue growth.
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows with critical thinking to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level executives on Treasury Management, Payments, and Commercial Banking priorities.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives spanning operating model, product strategy, payments modernization, customer experience, and risk controls.
• Provide oversight for engagement scope, staffing, financial performance, risk, quality, and executive communications.
• Translate business needs into technology roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and support data-driven client recommendations; ensure outputs are accurate and bias-free.
