Acendas Travel is seeking a seasoned travel professional to lead our Independent Contractor Program and support a growing community of independent travel advisors, with a strong focus on premium and luxury leisure travel.

In this role, you’ll recruit and onboard advisors, connect them with resources and supplier partners, monitor program performance, and collaborate across teams to drive growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with independent contractor programs.
• Strong knowledge of premium and luxury leisure travel.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Independent Contractor Program and recruit onboard advisors.
• Coordinate resources, supplier relationships, and educational experiences.
• Monitor program performance: sales, profitability, recruitment, retention and engagement.
• Collaborate across the organization to improve processes and leverage technology.

Education

5+ years of leisure travel experience

3+ years in independent contractor programs
