Job summary

Ambra Travel is seeking a dynamic advisor recruiter to source luxury travel advisors and guide them from interest to their first bookings. You’ll be hands-on with CRM, coaching, and events, shaping how we attract and onboard top talent.

You will design sourcing strategies, lead discovery calls, and mentor new advisors through affiliation and early production, while collaborating with partners and leadership to scale Ambra’s growth in luxury travel.

Qualifications

• You’ve sold travel, ideally built a book as a travel advisor and understand an advisor’s world.
• You are approachable, charismatic and curious about people, with quick trust-building.
• You are competitive, goal-driven and ready to help Ambra become a leader in luxury travel.
• You are hands-on, willing to wear many hats and work at startup pace.

Responsibilities

• Source high-potential luxury advisors through referrals, Virtuoso relationships, social and events.
• Own discovery and fit conversations end to end from first touch to affiliation.
• Define and iterate advisor profiles, messaging, and sourcing playbooks with teams.
• Track pipeline and advisor production in our CRM and report to leadership.
