Job summary

Acendas Travel is seeking an experienced travel professional to lead our Independent Contractor Program and support a growing community of independent travel advisors, focusing on premium leisure travel.

You will recruit and onboard advisors, connect them with resources and business opportunities, strengthen supplier relationships, and coordinate educational experiences to foster an engaged advisor network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leisure travel experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with an independent contractor program.
• Strong understanding of leisure travel operations and the premium/luxury travel market.
• Relationship builder, strategic thinker, and effective communicator with entrepreneurial sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Independent Contractor Program and support a growing community of independent travel advisors.
• Recruit and onboard talented advisors and connect them with resources and business opportunities.
• Strengthen supplier relationships, coordinate educational experiences, and foster an engaged advisor community.
• Stay current on travel trends and identify opportunities to enhance and expand the program.
• Establish program goals, monitor sales, profitability, recruitment, retention, and engagement, and drive growth.
