Beacon Mobility Corp. is seeking a Director of Transportation Safety to lead safety programs across the organization, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and safeguarding drivers and staff.

The role partners with operations to promote a strong culture of safe, efficient transportation, guide audits and training, and implement data-driven improvements to reduce hazards while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of safety management experience.
• One (1) year of supervisor experience.
• College Degree in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the entire workplace follows safety guidelines and rules.
• Conduct routine safety audits.
• Carry out safety training programs for employees on a regular basis.
• Develop processes to collect data on accident causes for easy analysis.
• Implement initiatives to reduce work-related accidents and hazards.
• Direct and supervise general safety guidelines and procedures.
• Investigate accidents to determine causes.
• Inspect daily operations to ensure policy and legal compliance.
• Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure safe conditions.
• Report safety adjustments to top management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Beacon Mobility Corp.The Director of Transportation Safety is responsible for ensuring employees across the organization follow safety programs and procedures within transportation industry. A strong understanding of state and federal safety regulations and requirements is essential to the success of this role. The Director of Transportation Safety will work closely with the operations team to ensure drivers and other team members perform their responsibilities safely and in compliance with company standards. This role will also help promote a strong culture of safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibility Profile:

• Ensure the entire workplace (including employees) follows industry, state, and other company-related safety guidelines or rules.
• Conduct routine safety audits.
• Carry out safety training programs for company employees on regular basis.
• Develop processes via which collection of data on the causes of accidents can be done with ease.
• Implement initiatives to reduce the level of work-related accidents and/or occupational hazards.

• Direct and supervise the general safety guidelines and procedures.
• Investigate accidents to find out their causes.
• Inspect and/or monitor the daily operations of employees to make sure they follow safety policies and laws.
• Inspect and check organization’s equipment and machinery to make sure they are not in conditions that are not safe.
• Report back to company’s top management team as regards safety adjustments that may be required to be made within the organization.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
