Randstad USA, partnering with a growing pharmaceutical company headquartered in Plantation, FL, seeks a Director of Sales Training to elevate the sales team. The role requires pharma knowledge and sales training experience, with onsite work in Florida.

The position offers a salary of $90,000–$100,000 per year, a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with competitive benefits.

• Create and oversee sales and product focused training functions for new hires and develop continued learning opportunities for established staff members
• Set and use KPIs and sales call coaching sessions to assess skills and knowledge gaps to further develop staff members
• Develop materials such as training manuals, PowerPoint presentations, webinars and workships and sales scripts
• Manage the E-leaning site assigning relevant courses
• Use the CRM daily to monitor database coverage, reporting and pipeline management

salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM education: Bachelors
