Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Director of Maintenance Excellence to define the enterprise strategy for maintenance, reliability, and asset management across a multi-site manufacturing network. The role partners with Operations Directors, Plant Managers, and Engineering to deploy TPM as a foundational capability within the Pregis Production System and to improve uptime and efficiency across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical discipline; multi-site leadership experience is essential.
• Experience leading TPM, reliability-centered maintenance, predictive maintenance, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Proven success implementing TPM and reliability programs across manufacturing networks.
• Ability to drive enterprise-wide maintenance standards, governance, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise Maintenance and Reliability strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Establish network-wide maintenance standards, KPIs, and asset-management processes.
• Create roadmaps focused on reliability, predictive maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.
• Own and drive the TPM strategy across the manufacturing network.
• Embed TPM principles into daily management systems and the Pregis Production System (PPS).
• Improve OEE, reduce downtime, and increase asset utilization across sites.
• Lead root cause analyses and reliability-improvement initiatives for critical assets.
• Develop strategies to optimize spare parts inventory and maintenance planning.
