The role serves as the owner of throughput platforms, driving adoption, optimization, and sustainment of practical improvements with executive and clinical stakeholders. A strong focus on data-driven delivery and continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare administration, business, engineering, nursing, or related field.
• 15+ years leading large-scale operational and process improvement in healthcare.
• Experience working with executive leaders, operational leaders, and providers.
• Ability to translate complex problems into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-wide leadership for throughput and operational improvement across inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• Act as operational owner for throughput platforms and adoption, including Qventus.
• Drive adoption of throughput tools and workflow changes with hospital operations and providers.
• Partner with executives to present insights on throughput performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Establish repeatable improvement cycles tied to throughput and efficiency outcomes.
