Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an IT System Engineering Delivery Director in Arizona to lead a team responsible for delivering and optimizing IT operations, including data centers, networks and automation. The role focuses on reliability, governance, and continuous improvement within a large nonprofit healthcare system.

The position requires 7 years of IT management experience, healthcare exposure preferred, and a bachelor’s degree in IT or business administration.

Qualifications

• 7 years experience in IT management or director level in systems operations (data center, automation tooling, network).
• 2 years healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs data center operations, telecommunications, network operations, automation tooling, database and hardware planning.
• Oversees service delivery, incident, problem and change management within IT operations.
• Manages staff, budget, and facilities; aligns objectives with mission, vision, and values.
• Provides leadership to managers, engineers and technicians; ensures PMO methodologies are followed.
