Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics in Irvine seeks a Director to lead the US Thought Leader Engagement and Development for U.S. Medical Aesthetics.

You will execute the annual KOL strategy, manage relationships with KOLs and targeted accounts, and partner with sales leadership and commercial directors to align KOL programs with the product strategy and messaging. You will collaborate with Marketing, Strategic Communications, and Global Commercial Development to design and execute plans that educate physicians

Responsibilities

• Creates KOL plans in coordination with strategic and marketing business plans.
• Develop a strategy on how to engage key Areas KOL relationships and leverage across U.S. Medical Aesthetics.
• Increase KOL satisfaction by liaising with Medical Aesthetic Leadership to ensure KOL concerns/needs are addressed in a timely and thorough manner.
• Collaborates with U.S. Medical Marketing and Strategic Communication teams on KOL tactical programs in line with U.S. Facial strategic plans.
• Liaison for KOL communications for U.S. Medical Aesthetics presence at major medical meetings and to identify up-and-coming meetings to include those AHCP-focused meetings.
• Build and maintain the TEN app (or KOL Tracking platform), updating KOL information on an ongoing basis.
