Job summary

Starlite Recovery Center is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead and coordinate therapeutic programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service quality across recovery services. You will oversee clinical operations, staff supervision, and program development to optimize patient outcomes in Texas Hill Country.

The role requires aBachelor’s degree in behavioral health (Master’s preferred) with 4+ years in behavioral health and 1+ year of management, CPR and de-escalation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Master’s degree in behavioral health preferred.
• Four or more years’ experience working in behavioral health.
• One or more years’ management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations to provide high-quality care.
• Plan and implement program goals, personnel, resources and equipment.
• Oversee the program's budget and policies regarding participant involvement.
• Provide staff management including hiring, development, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and maintain patient charts.
• Serve as liaison with other staff on clinical standards.
• Provide outreach services as needed.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
