Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Director of Technology Enablement to ensure daily operational stability across cloud, networks, and enterprise platforms. You will drive service delivery, incident response, and governance while aligning with business objectives.

The role demands leadership of IT operations teams, strategic planning, and extensive collaboration with architecture, security, and DevOps to maximize reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or cloud platform certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
• Proven IT operations, service management, or infrastructure support experience.
• Strong understanding of SLOs/SLAs and incident management best practices.
• Experience with change management, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Own 24/7 operational responsibility for all production systems, platforms, and services.
• Lead Major Incident Management with defined escalation paths and incident commander playbooks.
• Oversee service desk operations and ITSM workflows (incidents, requests, changes, problems, knowledge).
• Ensure patching schedules, backup testing, and DR drills are performed.
• Maintain runbooks and change management guardrails; manage capacity and observability.
