Job summary

Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is seeking a forward‑looking Director, Technology to lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of our IT infrastructure across venues. This role oversees enterprise Microsoft ecosystems, ITIL‑driven service delivery, vendor relationships, and technology budgets while guiding a skilled IT team in a fast‑paced environment.

You will drive security, scalability, and reliability across SS&E locations and collaborate with business partners to align technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5–7+ years leading IT teams and programs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, and endpoints.
• Lead IT project planning, execution, and cross-department delivery.
• Ensure security, availability, and scalability of IT systems across locations.
• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and capital planning.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to meet evolving tech needs.
