Job summary

Frida, based in Miami, seeks a Director of IT Business Solutions to lead strategy and evolution of technology powering our business. This leader partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product to translate needs into scalable processes and platforms, with NetSuite at the center of our ecosystem.

You will own the portfolio, drive governance, and shape a roadmap to support Frida’s growth, simplifying workflows and automating data flows across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business applications/IT leadership.
• Significant ERP/NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic IT Business Solutions partner to leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Fulfillment, People, Marketing, Product.
• Own NetSuite and related platforms; define multi-year roadmap and governance.
• Identify scalable, automated opportunities to improve business processes and data flows.
• Lead initiatives, upgrades, and optimization of critical business applications.
• Establish standards for design, testing, release, and change governance.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and technology investments across the portfolio.
