Pay Range: The target annual pay for this role is $194,400 - $237,800, with a full range of $151,400 - $280,900. Compensation is based on skills, experience, and education, with additional performance incentives.

Impact of Your Role: As a Director of Technology in Digital Banking, you will lead strategic initiatives, modernize platforms, and support digital transformation efforts. This involves overseeing technology roadmaps, managing engineering teams, and fostering innovation to enhance member experiences.

Location Requirements: Candidates must reside in WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. Washington residents near Tukwila are expected to visit HQ on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; others may work remotely.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in IT, with application design and development expertise.
• 7+ years leading tech teams.
• Experience with financial products and large-scale platforms.
• Proficiency in front-end tech, APIs, cloud platforms, and stability strategies.

Desired:

• Experience in digital banking, cloud migration, API modernization.
• Agile/Scrum, DevOps, JavaScript frameworks, mobile development, UX collaboration.
