LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Director of Technology in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for leading enterprise technology strategy, software development, AI innovation, Salesforce optimization, and business systems transformation across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities where technology, automation, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making can improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute the organization's technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify and prioritize technology investments.
- Lead enterprise architecture, application strategy, infrastructure planning, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI platforms, and automation opportunities to create competitive advantages.
- Establish governance, security, scalability, and compliance standards across technology platforms.
- Lead the organization's AI strategy, adoption, and implementation roadmap.
- Identify high-value AI use cases across sales, operations, customer service, recruiting, marketing, and finance functions.
- Drive development and deployment of AI-powered workflows, copilots, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and machine learning solutions.
- Evaluate and implement technologies leveraging OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Measure ROI and business impact of AI initiatives through efficiency gains, cost reduction, and revenue acceleration.
- Create governance models for responsible and secure AI use across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to embed AI capabilities into core operational processes.
- Act as executive owner of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein AI capabilities.
- Lead Salesforce architecture, administration, optimization, integrations, and roadmap planning.
- Ensure Salesforce supports sales effectiveness, customer engagement, reporting, workflow automation, and business intelligence objectives.
- Oversee Salesforce development teams, administrators, consultants, and third-party partners.
- Drive Salesforce adoption, user experience improvements, data quality initiatives, and reporting strategies.
- Develop scalable automation using Salesforce Flows, Apex, APIs, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Establish Salesforce governance, change management, and release management best practices.
- Oversee enterprise business applications including ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial systems, collaboration platforms, and custom-developed solutions.
- Lead application integration efforts across internal and third-party platforms.
- Ensure operational reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical systems.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and workflow optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- 6+ years of progressive technology leadership experience preferred.
- Proven success leading technology teams, business systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems integration, cloud technologies, and software development methodologies.
- Experience developing technology roadmaps and aligning technology strategy with business objectives.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Architect certifications are helpful, but not required.
- Experience implementing generative AI platforms, large language models (LLMs), AI copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
