Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting Group is searching for a Program Director to spearhead a new division dedicated to upskilling individuals in technical trades such as Soldering, Robotics, and Industrial Maintenance. The ideal candidate will drive program development, establish community partnerships, and ensure curriculum relevance based on industry needs.

This full-time role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a strong commitment to workforce development. Salary is $120,000 annually with additional performance-based bonuses.
