Job summary

Phaidra seeks an AI Controls Solutions Engineer located in the USA or Canada to operationalize AI-powered control systems for enterprise data centers. You will work with TPMs and DSs to deploy AI into production and ensure scalable, reliable solutions.

You will model facilities, map data tags, review Insights logic, and collaborate with the product team to define requirements. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of work experience as a controls engineer, programmer, or equivalent.
• Expertise in HVAC and Data Center cooling control methodologies.
• Experience programming control systems (PLC, ladder logic, text, or block).

Responsibilities

• Use Phaidra's platform to put AI into production for enterprise data centers.
• Model facilities for ingestion by product lineup and map data tags.
• Define product requirements with the product team to scale solutions for thousands of customers.
• Lead deployment and support of multiple solutions, possibly in parallel.
• Travel up to 25%.
