Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Sr. Director, Technical Service to lead the tech support function and expand our partnership network across the states. You will oversee the Tech Service and Parts Identification teams, managing performance, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives to deliver innovative solutions.

You should have 5–7 years of leadership experience, a proven track record with high-volume call centers, and strong data analytics to identify improvements. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proven track record managing high-volume call centers.
• Strong project management, data reporting and process-improvement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive the performance of Technical and Parts Identification teams and partnerships.
• Lead and develop a large technical team accountable for partnerships.
• Support complex sales negotiations and close partnership programs.
• Launch and implement new partnership programs for parts identification and tech support.
• Own KPIs, budget and staffing; collaborate across the business to reach goals.
