Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior TPM in New York to lead high-impact programs across product, engineering, design, and data science. You will build scalable platforms, mitigate risks, and drive decisions with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

You will grow the TPM team, establish TPM practices, and collaborate across organizational boundaries to deliver large, complex programs on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (CS, Software Eng).
• MBA or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years experience managing technical programs.
• 3+ years building distributed systems and highly available services on cloud.
• 3+ years experience in Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs that deliver on critical business goals and build large scale products & platforms
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle
• Simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives
• Grow and develop a team of TPMs, while also building the foundations for the TPM practice
• Collaborate across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries
