Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management or related technical field.
• Experience leading large-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability toInfluence executive leadership and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, planning, and delivery of complex cross-functional technical programs.
• Drive customer retention initiatives by tracking progress and health metrics.
• Establish interlocks, timelines, and workflows for platform engineering OKRs.
• Design and refine program management frameworks, processes, and tools.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and communicate risks to executives.
