Job summary
Zscaler in San Jose, CA is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Platform Infrastructure to lead reliability, scale, and cloud operations for the ZIA and ZPA platforms in a hybrid role. You will drive critical programs across the cloud lifecycle and partner with cloud architects and software engineers to ensure the platform supports trillions of transactions with extreme stability.
We look for 12+ years in Cloud Eng/SRE/DevOps or a strong technical degree, plus deep expertise in network security
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and applying them to cloud reliability.
- 12+ years in Cloud Eng/SRE/DevOps or a technical degree with relevant exposure.
- Deep expertise in network security protocols, proxies, TLS, PKI, HTTP/S.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the ZIA/ZPA RAS roadmap across the cloud lifecycle.
- Lead pre- and post-sales cloud resilience engagements and RCA reviews.
- Monitor cloud incidents and guide cross-functional teams on improvements.
- Serve as SME for field teams on RAS inquiries and training.
- Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers to balance growth with stability.
