Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical program management, software engineering, or systems engineering with progression to leadership
• Experience leading organizations of TPMs or engineers across multiple large programs
• Experience driving execution strategy across multiple engineering groups at scale
• Proven ability to shape organizational strategy and cross-functional alignment

Responsibilities

• Directly lead, mentor, and grow a small, senior TPM team
• Own the highest-leverage, most complex programs end-to-end
• Define and lead the technical execution strategy for AI infrastructure and capacity
• Build decision-making frameworks for performance, cost, and capacity tradeoffs
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to align roadmaps and priorities
• Keep leadership informed with milestones, risks, and escalations
• Work across organizations to align plans and deliver broad solutions
• Own people management, hiring, coaching, and culture in a small, high-leverage team
