Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end hardware platform development for AI training and inference at scale. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Data Center, Network, Hardware Systems, and Software Engineering to define scope, schedules, and deliverables, and to ensure successful integration into Meta’s infrastructure.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software, systems, hardware, or technical product/program management.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate workflows.
• Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
• Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining the scope.
• Experience operating independently across multiple teams and time zones.
• Strong communication with technical management to develop systems, solutions, and products.
• Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware product development in a matrix organization across Data Center, Network, and Hardware Systems.
• Own program success from inception to production ingestion and deployment.
• Define scope, requirements, schedules, and deliverables with engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Scale AI best practices and foster AI-native workflows across teams.
• Mentor and coach other TPMs in AI-native practices.
• Collaborate with ODMs and vendors to drive roadmap alignment and delivery.
• Drive communication to leadership and cross-functional teams on cadence and progress.
• Improve internal processes across multiple teams and functions.
• Analyze infrastructure needs and design hardware prototypes to meet them.
