Qualifications

• Public accounting background with strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience with SEC reporting and 10-K/10-Q disclosures.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification.
• Proven ability to lead external reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual external reporting packages.
• Research, analyze, and document complex U.S. GAAP accounting matters.
• Serve as technical accounting expert for acquisitions, divestitures and non-routine events.
• Drive implementation of new accounting standards and related disclosures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with external auditors.
