Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Director of Slot Strategy to lead strategic decisions for a portfolio of properties. You will govern product mix, placement, pricing, and floor layouts while coordinating with Slot COE leadership and external vendors to maximize profitability.

You will oversee deployment schedules, drive high-value game configurations, and socialize roadmaps with executives to ensure enterprise standards are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
4+ years of relevant experience required.
Proven background in slot operations and leadership at a high-volume integrated casino resort.
Strong product knowledge including slot machine purchasing, floor planning and configuration.

Responsibilities

Owns strategic product decisions for an assigned property portfolio.
Acts as the single point of contact between property operations, Slot COE, and external vendors.
Directs slot technology managers and prioritizes high-value deployments.
Oversees end-to-end lifecycle of slot product rollouts and floor optimization strategies.
Collaborates with Slot Analytics to track performance and drive profitability across properties.
