Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Director of Technical Operations in Texas with a strong background in leading high-technology AV manufacturing or integration teams. You will collaborate with Sales to develop strategies, manage budgets, and oversee the Tech Ops organization to deliver exceptional service and profitable operations.

You will drive departmental goals, oversee staffing, and ensure quality and process improvements across multiple AV domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading operations functions in high technology/electronics/AV manufacturing or IT environments.
• Two years leadership experience including P&L responsibility.
• Strong planning skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent business analysis capabilities and sound judgement.
• Ability to manage time and tasks effectively and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class customer service and drive customer satisfaction scores for projects and services.
• Meet financial targets by controlling operating expenses and maximizing revenue.
• Approve labor estimates and guide quoting processes for Tech Ops.
• Lead, train, and retain high-caliber Tech Ops staff; manage personnel actions.
