This role oversees roadmaps, manages engineering and delivery teams, and champions agile practices.

Qualifications

• Resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA.
• Experience leading enterprise core banking or large-scale technology programs.
• Strong knowledge of agile practices and modern CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic technology plans aligned to business goals.
• Oversee delivery for core banking initiatives and implement agile practices.
• Lead roadmap development and cross-team sequencing.
