Centra Credit Union is seeking a Director TME Business Partnerships at our Columbus, Indiana headquarters. You will lead business partnering with Teams, drive recruitment and onboarding, and guide performance management to align with Centra’s values.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
Experience in human resources, business partnership, or Team Member Experience (TME) preferred.

Responsibilities

Directs business partnering with Team Members and Supervisors in assigned Lines of Business; coaches Hiring Managers and TME Partners on recruitment and onboarding.
Manages recruitment and selection; maintains applicant tracking; oversees onboarding in collaboration with TME Training & Development.
Conducts investigations on accidents and incidents; informs SVP of TME and leadership for next steps.
Directs TME Business Partners and facilitates Performance Management processes including goal planning and reviews.
Administers Team Member engagement activities for morale and recognition.
Prepares data for audits and quality control; ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
Oversees day-to-day operations of TME Business Partners; supports TME projects and training.
Maintains communication with SVP of TME about issues and developments.
