Responsibilities

Directs business partnering with Team Members and Supervisors in assigned Lines of Business and provides coaching on HR topics.
Manages recruitment and selection; maintains applicant tracking and coaches Hiring Managers on best practices.
Conducts investigations on accidents and incidents and communicates findings to senior leadership.
Directs performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and compliance.
Administers team member engagement activities and supports audits and reporting.
Oversees day-to-day operations of TME Business Partners and aligns with Centra values.
