Job summary

Land Title is seeking aDirector of Talent to drive talent strategy, development, and organizational effectiveness across the company in Colorado. You will lead talent management, training, employee relations, acquisition, and compliance, acting as a trusted advisor to executives.

You will champion a data-driven approach, partner with leadership to build high-performing teams, and guide program development while ensuring legal and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent management experience including ER, performance, coaching, and succession planning.
• Bachelor's degree required; SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Proven ability to influence and advise executives across levels.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making using workforce metrics.
• Experience managing change in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Align people strategy with core business objectives and drive talent initiatives.
• Lead Talent Management, development, and leadership programs end-to-end.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and policy compliance.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition strategies and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and risk management.
• Direct Talent & Training teams, allocate resources, and foster collaboration.
