Job summary

Quavo seeks a Director of Talent Development to lead our Mastery Program and shape leadership development across the organization. You will decide where to build custom content versus buy existing programs, and accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires and leaders.

You will design modular, scalable content that adapts as our processes, systems, and org evolve, and you will drive AI fluency while preventing cognitive overload.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent or leadership development in fast-growth or PE-backed settings.
• Proven ability to design and iterate leadership development programs.
• Strong facilitator and trainer with pace and impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and accelerate the Quavo Mastery Program, deciding when to build or buy content.
• Improve time-to-productivity and readiness for leaders through better programs.
• Create modular, flexible content that evolves with the business.
• Build AI fluency in leaders while mitigating cognitive offloading risk.
• Lead the Employment Enablement Architect for maximum impact within hours.
• Align with GTM teams to ensure consistent product and brand representation.
