Job summary

Pursuit in New York City is seeking a visionary Vice President of Program and Training to lead and scale an AI-native workforce program. You will own end-to-end strategy, curriculum, partnerships, and job-readiness, reporting to the CEO and guiding a growing multidisciplinary team.

You will architect scalable pathways for thousands of builders, align with employers, and drive outcomes through data-driven, human-centered program design that advances economic mobility.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in fast‑paced, outcomes‑driven environments with team management.
• Experience owning end‑to‑end program outcomes including enrollment and placement.
• Ability to design scalable learning models with pedagogical rigor.

Responsibilities

• Own the program vision, AI pedagogy, and scalable architecture.
• Lead enrollment, partnerships, and builder success metrics.
• Oversee end‑to‑end builder experience and program operations.
