Job summary

Quavo is seeking a Director, Talent Development to lead our Mastery Program, shape leadership and learning strategies, and accelerate workforce capability across the organization.

Reporting to the CPO, you will decide where to build or buy content, design modular programs, and drive AI-enabled leadership development in a fast-growth setting.

This role requires 7+ years in talent development, a strong learning design mindset, and the ability to scale programs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent or leadership development, including fast-growth or PE-backed environments.
• Strong adult learning design and cohort-based leadership development.
• Excellent facilitation and training skills with pace and intent.
• Experience integrating AI into learning design to build real capability.

Responsibilities

• Own and accelerate the Mastery Program, deciding where to build content versus buy.
• Speed up time to productivity and readiness for leaders through better development programs.
• Build modular, flexible content that evolves with the business.
• Design AI fluency in leaders and teams while managing cognitive load from AI use.
• Oversee the part-time Employment Enablement Architect to maximize impact.
