Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years in Talent Acquisition or HR with strategy responsibility.
• At least 5 years in leadership, overseeing Talent Acquisition teams or programs.
• Ability to advise senior leaders on workforce planning and talent strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Sets overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business needs.
• Advices executives on talent market trends and recruiting strategy.
• Establishes vision, priorities, standards, and operating model for TA.
• Leads TA Manager and ensures alignment with strategic priorities.
• Collaborates with senior leaders to forecast future workforce needs.
• Develops strategic talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Determines recruitment approaches for executive and specialized roles.
• Establishes external partnerships with recruiting firms and universities.
• Oversees employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
• Supports succession planning and pipeline development.
• Sets TA policies, governance, and performance standards.
• Evaluates TA effectiveness with analytics and market intelligence.
• Reviews trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Recommends investments in TA technology and resources.
• Sponsors enterprise-level TA initiatives and budget management.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Represents the organization with external stakeholders to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Provides strategic direction for enterprise workforce planning initiatives.
